Rubber O-rings can be made from various materials depending on the operating environment: Nitrile Rubber (NBR): Commonly used for oil-based seals, offering good oil, wear, and heat resistance but poor ozone and sunlight resistance. Silicone Rubber: Excellent high and low-temperature performance, suitable for food and medical industries, but has lower mechanical strength. FKM(Fluorocarbon Rubber): Offers excellent high-temperature and chemical resistance, commonly used in chemical and petroleum industries. EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer): Excellent weather, ozone, UV, and high/low-temperature resistance, commonly used in outdoor equipment and automotive cooling systems. Polyurethane (PU): Provides excellent wear resistance and high strength, often used in hydraulic system dynamic seals. PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene): Though not a rubber, it is commonly used where high temperature and chemical resistance are required.

Features of Rubber O-rings : 1. Qil resistance: Products made using NBR have good oil resistance,Products made using NBR have good oil resistance 2. Temperature Range: NBR can function effectively within a moderate temperature range, typically from -40°C to 120°C (-40°F to 248°F), depending on the specific formulation. 3. Chemical Resistance: In addition to oils and fuels, NBR O-rings resist various chemicals, such as aliphatic hydrocarbons, vegetable oils, and silicone greases, although they are not suitable for strong acids and certain solvents. 4. High hardness:Our production process is exquisite, with high specification grinding and compression molding machines. 5.
