Royal Way® Hammer Union Seals are precision-engineered components designed to ensure safe, leak-free connections in high-pressure drilling and oilfield systems. Available in 2", 3", 4", and 7" sizes, these seals are compatible with Weco Wing Unions, including Figure 1002, 1003, 1502, and other standard configurations.
Manufactured from high-quality NBR, FKM, HNBR, and PU, these union seals offer excellent oil resistance, high-temperature durability, and abrasion protection, making them ideal for mud transfer, sour gas service, and manifold sealing systems.
Each seal is compression-molded with tight dimensional tolerances, ensuring optimal performance during repeated assembly and disassembly. Whether used in horizontal or vertical pipe joints, our seals deliver long-lasting protection under extreme field conditions.
