Product Description

Hammer union seals are used in the connections between flexible hoses or pipes used in the oil drilling industry. The seal provides a critical fluid tight connection within the union hardware.

Hammer unions consist of a thread, a nut end, and a hammer nut that when tightened seal the assembly with the assistance of an elastometric seal. The seal is lipped to prevent from falling out when inverted.

Available sizes: 1'' 1.5'' 2'' 3'' 4'' and 7''

Material: We offer hammer union seals in Buna(NBR) for standard service; FKM for increased temperature and chemical resistance or HNBR for sour gas service or PTFE.

If the good are in stock generally it is 5-7 working days after receiving your payment. About 7-15 working days if we have mold or 21-30 working days without mold. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order quantity.

For sample and small order, 100% T/T or Paypal. For bulk order, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
