High-performance Hammer Union Seals are specially designed for oilfield equipment, drilling systems, and fluid control manifolds, ensuring leak-proof operation in high-pressure, high-temperature, and chemically aggressive environments.

Royal Way® union seals are manufactured using NBR, FKM, HNBR, and PU elastomers, providing outstanding resistance to oil, gas, abrasion, and thermal cycling. Available in 2", 3", 4", and 7" sizes, these seals are compatible with Weco Wing Unions, including Figure 1002, 1003, 1502, and Hammerless Union models.

These seals work seamlessly with hammer unions to connect and seal pipelines, offering quick assembly and reliable fluid isolation, especially in mud circulation lines, sour gas service, and wellhead systems.
